1. Who runs the service

Mix my Pet (mixmypet.com) is operated by Vexylab s.r.o., company ID (IČO) 21493057, registered office Korunní 2569/108, Vinohrady, 101 00 Praha 10, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 402786. Contact: mixmypet@gmail.com. We are not registered for VAT.

2. What the service does

Using artificial intelligence, we turn photos of dogs and cats into fun images: the baby of two pets, a mix with a breed of your choice, or your pet as a baby or a senior. The images are imaginary, they do not show real animals, they are not a genetic prediction and they are for entertainment only. Every result is unique and may differ from what you expect.

3. What you may upload

Only photos of dogs and cats that you have the rights to (usually your own photos). Photos of people and inappropriate content are not allowed and are rejected automatically. You are responsible for what you upload. We may restrict access in case of misuse.

4. Prices, credits and payment

The first preview is free. You unlock the full HD result with a credit; one credit = one result. Credits are sold in one-time packs, and current prices are shown before you pay. Prices are final (we are not registered for VAT) and stated in euros; Stripe may show a conversion to your currency.

Payments are processed by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods offered). This is not a subscription and nothing renews automatically. Credits do not expire.

No account is needed: your credits are stored in your browser. After a purchase we email you a link that opens them on another device or after you clear cookies; you can request the link again at any time on the My pictures page.

5. Right of withdrawal

You are buying digital content that we deliver immediately after payment. Before paying, you expressly agree that we start performance before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. If a generation fails, the credit is returned automatically. If you are not happy with a result, write to us and we will look at your case individually.

6. Complaints

If something does not work (a result does not show, credits were not added, etc.), write to mixmypet@gmail.com. We handle complaints without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest. A result looking different from what you imagined is not a defect, as it is a creative AI output. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Rights to the images

You may use the generated images for personal purposes and share them freely. By uploading a photo you allow us to process it to create the result. Anyone you send a result link to can view it. We never use your photos or results in advertising without your consent.

8. Liability

We provide the service as is and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our liability is limited to the price you paid, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.

9. Disputes and governing law

Czech law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. You can also resolve a dispute out of court through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (adr.coi.cz); if you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help too.

10. Changes and effective date

We may change these terms; a new version applies to purchases made after it is published. These terms apply from 23 October 2026.
